I’ve spent most of my career in and around the world of visitor attractions, helping teams solve messy, interesting problems as a solutions consultant. These days, I’m working more directly on the tech side of ticketing systems, digging into how the tools we use shape the experiences we deliver.
This blog is where I make sense of the patterns, challenges, and quirks I come across - whether it’s queue management, payment systems, or why people behave the way they do in a museum foyer. If it relates to operations, customer experience, or making things run smoother, it probably belongs here.
